Q1: Client buys online and the financing applied to purchase then later on they decide to purchase another pkg ..... will there total consolidate into one payment? because some of my clients like to pay there payments broken into 2 payments a month to make it more manageable in paying rather that one lrg one time payment.

...Similar Question: Today I tried to ring up 2 small zeltiq tx, but the client had already had an account on mindbody and wanted the payments to come out on the same day and match up the first payment with the second one so there would only be one payment not two. Didn't know what to do about that so I rang her up in Mindbody to avoid confusion.
A: Infusionsoft will keep those payment plans separate, they don't have an option to automatically combine them so always tell clients the payments for different purchases will be billed separately.
When you or the customer checks out, you'll see the payment plan details on the "Review Order" step of the checkout process. You can see the dates and amounts of future payments before submitting the order http://screencast.com/t/vZSUgJZTe2
If you have to combine payment plans inside of Infusionsoft, you can call it in to corporate. Please avoid doing this unless you must.

Q: The customer that we tried to ring through infusion was Lizbeth Bustos. Once we figured out it was not going to charge monthly, rang sale through Mindbody. We then went back to the buy now link under Cheyenne and Infusion had saved Lizbeth Bustos's information and popped up automatically, even through we had originally tried to ring Liz's sale under Danielle.
...Similar Question: when you click on an item to purchase and you hit the back button or refresh button and you go to add a new tx. it will keep the code for the discount from previous and that discount will stay and go on the next package so all packages end up with being discounted .
A: Since you're sharing a computer, and it's internet browser, you'll need to clear information when you're done with something or if the person before you didn't clear their information. I'll think of what we can do to make this easier but it's doing what it would for any user, since we're using it internally and sharing, we need to clear user info before or after a purchase if it's stored.
One thing that would make it easier is to use another browser for shopping, a browser where you have no problem clearing the cache frequently. That way, you can clear things and start each new order clean.

Q: My concerns as a customer would be , once the transaction has taken place at what point do I get my recite. I don't see where I can see purchases, recites, also what about the auto pay, will I be able to view the autopay? Will I be able to choose my auto pay date as I did before?
A: Once someone buys, they will receive a receipt to the email address they used at check out. You won't be able to choose an auto-pay date, the system will always charge the first payment today and the remaining payments every 30 days.
The customer will also receive an email inviting them to log in to manage their profile. This area is limited at this time but does allow them to see their orders that have been placed inside of Infusionsoft. It will not show MindBody orders. This is a transition period for some of these systems which means people might end up needing to go into multiple systems (MindBody, Infusionsoft) for a time.

Q: How do we enter the Groupons that clients still have when they come in for their consults.
A: You'd still do that in MindBody. Infusionsoft only controls purchasing and some of the client communication. The service management will still be in MindBody.

Q: Couldn't see purchases on the home screen?
A: Customers will be able to view their purchases by logging into the membership site and clicking on "purchases". It's found at http://americanlaser-medspa.com/me/ and there's a link to it in the footer of the main site.

Q: I tried running a 1 time TX Mesopen through infusion soft client was paying with a check but would not let me enter any information on the check or proceed with checkout.
A: Yes, it's been added as an option, you can go down to the payment options during checkout and select this. If you receive any errors please report them.

Q: Pt came in earlier today to purchase beardline with a gropuon discount. Whenever she was orginally quoted she was told she could have a 24 month payment plan even with the half off groupon discount. Infusionsoft does not give this option - rang up the sale in mb
A: Although I'm glad we've made the sale for now, this falls outside of what we're setting the system up to handle. I'll ask Dr K about an override for special situations.

A: If this happens to you, please let me know what browser you were using so I can try to replicate the issue. I'm not seeing that on my side but will continue to test.

Q: We were thinking it would be a good idea to possibly create a "reviews" tab on the website, we could copy and paste good 360 reviews onto this so that people would see happy customers experiences. example "Coming to AmLaser feels like meeting up with my girlfriends. I receive personalized service that has made significant improvements on my skin." and "Does what you day it will. My hair is disappearing and my skin is looking so much better! The staff is exceptionally friendly and easy to work with.
