AFTER -
No Sale Consult or No-Show Consult - Important!! Follow Up Sequence

Prepare Before Consult comes in -
Get to know the client before she walks-in
- Check Client Info Tab - for Referral Type and Date Profile Created
- Read Contact Logs from when the consult was booked
- Read 'Notes' on the Appns Tab or Schedule Tab
- Read any other relevant info in other Tabs or in email etc
Open these 3 tabs on the consult room computer so you're ready -
Consult is in the Clinic - Follow these 4 steps
- Meet & Greet
- Greet them by their Name
- Have them fill out Intake Forms & Consent
- Read the Intake History & Consent she just signed, in MB docs = this will help you get to know the client better
- Study your Contact Logs & Notes on Sch Tab AGAIN = to prepare yourself
- Then go to Consult Room and Get Good Profile Photo and confirm it is in MB
- Then sit down and begin the consultation
- Have the Relevant Hair Free Photos & Testimonial ready on your computer to prepare for consult
- Consultation Presentation - Show Hair Free Photos & Testimonials
- Assessment
- Price Quote and Close the Sale
Definition of Sale:

Consult ''Sold' - Checklist
THE SALE IS NOT COMPLETE unless first treatment is done
- MB Sale Processed correctly - including 3rd Party Finance (eg Cherry, PatientFi etc) or Groupon Photos in MB Docs
- 'Sales by Rep' Report checked for accuracy of the sale
- Signed consents in MB docs
- PROFILE is 100% accurate including Ref Type
- Questions to Ask Ourselves After Making the Sale
