In 2014, American Laser Med Spa implemented the Pay-It-Forward Program. This program is an opportunity for all of our employees to receive professional credit repair and coaching at a discounted rate.
Why? We want to see you become financially independent.
The program is to help teach our employees to live within their means, get out of debt, and to save and invest for their futures. This program is not a requirement but is available to all employees who would like to enroll after 90 days of employment. The enrollment fee for our employees is $89.00. This is a lifetime membership fee, so if you ever cancel and want to enroll again, you will not have to pay this fee again. There is a monthly service fee of $69.00 but this fee is billed in arrears, which means they will work for 30 days and then bill for that month. While in the program you will be in close contact with your account manager and each month you should be discussing where you are at, how far you have come, and how much work is left to do to reach your personal financial goals.

Helps you lower interest rate on your cr cards so you get out of Debt faster &
Help get a Home Loan with a better interest rate
Helps you stay within budget (eg Mint & Manila.com)
Fee
$890 per person.
I negotiated a rate of $325 per person.

I am starting a Trust Fund and will put $5K in it.
This will help ‘sponsor’ 16 of you at NO UPFRONT COST TO YOU
Once your credit improves in 3 to 6 months, you pay back the $325, in 7 bi-weekly (every payperiod) installments (total $325) to the Trust Fund.
This will help the next person in line.
In other words, You Pay It Forward. You will not only improve your financial health but help & inspire the next person in line
Completely Voluntary - This program is completely voluntary
Why?
One of my Goals is to contribute meaningfully by making employees’ lives better. I hope to achieve that and build loyalty and long term relationships
I do not have any interest in your personal finances other than the hope that you will do well in life and in-turn pass the goodwill on to someone else.
I would like a ‘testimonial’ of how this changed your life. This will inspire the next person in line.
EMPLOYEE STATEMENT
This is to state that I would like to participate in the pay it forward program. This is completely voluntary and at the discretion of the company. The company has a right to deny participation at its discretion to any applicant.
If selected, I agree to pay back the fee of $325 to the trust fund to help the next person in line. This will begin after I am on the program for 90 days. I agree to have this done via payroll deduction of $50 per payperiod for 6 consecutive payperiods and $25 on the 7th payperiod for a total of $325.
If I leave the company (for any reason - terminated/fired/any other reason), before returning the money, then obviously payroll auto-deduction will not be an option. In that case, I will pay back the $325 (or any balance due) immediately until the total balance of $325 is paid in full. This will help the next person in line.
I promise to use this tool wisely to improve my financial life so me and my family will have a better financial future and retirement.
